Research on art

   Research on art My current research on art is focussed in a continuation of my usual semiotic theory approaches to art encompasing semiotic analysis of language, visual signs, semas, sememas, semantemas and visual icons with from semantique critique cultural analysis so from semiotic theory to cultural linguistic anthropology In that senses i am doing compendiums of a part of my art criticism proposing, developing and demonstrating how a scientific higly disciplinary knowledge of semiotic theory as the discipline is higly defined in the semiotic traditión, from Charles Sanders peirce to modern semiotic, barthes, eco, todorov, etc, might help in both analysing and interpreting but also understanding on the one hand language and on the hand the reconfiguration of culture, art and identity in complex societies, providing an exiting and deeper discusión of language in art in Texas, San Francisco, los ángeles and another usa cities as well as adding some of my collected writings...

Abdel: teoria semiotica, mi critica de arte es semiotica del arte, análisis del lenguaje en las obras, análisis de los signos y simbolos, las referencias podrían ser barthes, todorov y eco Pg: has incorporado la antropologia en tu critica de arte, en que sentidos? Abdel: en dos sentidos, cuando estoy analizando el lenguaje, los signos y simbolos en su aspecto formal, estético, es semiotica del arte conjugado con estética y filosofia del arte, pero cuando esos lenguajes te exigen y requieren análisis culturales tiene uno que recurrir al análisis semántico se mueve uno entonces en una Hermeneutica y axiología que incorpora desde la semántica análisis culturales que son antropologia linguistica del arte y en ese modo antropologia cultural.
